The oil has a pleasant mild taste making it quite easy to take. I am waiting to see what is does for my hair in a few months of regular intake

The oil was delivered promptly after ordering. Same excellent product as last time I ordered it.
This pumpkin seed oil isn't just for salads - it is medicine!! If you are a male over 50 you may be starting to feel the effects of a swollen prostate and issues with frequent urination especially at night, slow urination and incomplete voiding. About 60% of us senior males will have this problem by age 60 and 80% by age 80. If you are like me, the doctor will put you on one of several "recommended" medications, all of which have some pretty significant side effects, including erectile dysfunction. Having myself gone through a battery of medications and natural products including saw palmetto I am absolutely amazed at how well purepressoils pumpkin seed oil has successfully reduced my symptoms without any side effects. (Actually, I did have some GERD while taking the oil on an empty stomach but eliminated the problem by taking the oil with food.) Only 0.4ml twice a day does it for me. (Of course, every person's body is different so results can vary but this dose has been validated in multiple studies in different countries.) Not any oil will do. Only the seeds from curcubita pepo pumpkins (primarily from Styria Austria) contain sufficient quantities of anti-inflammatory nutrients that will help shrink the prostate. But the nutrients have to be preserved using a cold-press extraction process. This is the 3rd pumpkin seed oil supplier I have tried and have the best results. The oil from the first Canadian oil supplier I tried was pretty good. Oil from the second Canadian supplier didn't do a thing for me. I have yet to order my second bottle from purepressoils to confirm if results are consistent but at the moment I'm enjoying the best results in about 3 years! Full disclosure: I have NO affiliation with purepressoils, am not being paid or otherwise compensated for this review. I just want to get the word out that big pharma products aren't always the best medicine.

I have always loved pumpkin seed oil and over the years I have found it difficult to find and also very expensive. I was excited to find a source closer to where I live and was even more excited when I received my order and got to sample it. It is absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced.
