Our Story: Bringing Back Natural, Cold-Pressed Oils
Hi, I’m Olesya, the founder of Purepress Oils. I grew up in Ukraine, where food was simple, natural, and unprocessed. Oils were rich, flavorful, and full of nutrients—just as nature intended. But when I moved to Canada, I quickly realized that finding truly cold-pressed, natural oils wasn’t easy. The shelves were filled with refined, chemically processed products, often labeled as “natural” but lacking the purity I knew from home.
Frustrated by the lack of real options, I decided to press my own oils—starting with just a small press and a commitment to quality. What began as a personal journey soon turned into Purepress Oils, a family-run business dedicated to offering pure, high-quality, cold-pressed oils made the right way.

Today, we proudly press our oils in Sidney, on Vancouver Island, British Columbia—surrounded by nature and inspired by the beauty of the West Coast. Every batch is carefully made with the same dedication to purity, tradition, and quality that started it all.
